Can I change the colors? Yes. Font colors and background colors on most designs can be changed. To request a color change, please write your instructions in the "detailed information" box on the order form.
Can I change the font? Yes. We have a large selection of fonts available. If you would like to change the font, please write your instructions in the "Special Instructions" box on the order form. If you can provide us a web link to the specific font so that our designer can see an example of it, please do so.
How long does it take to get the magnets? We take pride in shipping our products quickly and accurately. The amount of time to receive your magnets varies depending on the type of magnet you ordered and the shipping option you selected.
Are the magnets assembled? Yes. The magnets come fully assembled and ready to place on any magnetic surface.
Can you customize a design? Certainly, We can customize a design FREE OF CHARGE. Just click the large or small custom design button. If you would like to use a magnet style or artwork that we currently have on our website, simply place an order. If you would like to make changes to any of our magnets, just write your detailed customization requests in the "Detailed Information" box.
How much are the magnets? The price of the magnets varies depending on the quantity and size you order. The prices are listed on the order page.
Is extra postage required to mail the magnets? No. A standard first class stamp (currently $0.44) is all that is required to mail the magnets. (This includes the magnet, a carrier card and the weight of the envelope.)
Do the magnets come with carrier cards? Certainly, we offer magnet carrier cards for purchase. The carrier cards can be found on the order page.
Will the magnets print exactly as shown? All of our magnet designs automatically come with a free proof via e-mail to ensure that your magnet will look the way you intended. All orders are billed in full on the day the order is submitted, but we won't print your order until you send us an email to approve the final proof.
How do I order? The most accurate and secure way to place an order is via our website. Simply click on the magnet design you wish to order and fill in all of the corresponding information. We’ll take care of the rest!
Can I pay by check? Yes. We will email you an invoice. You can instantly print out the invoice, and send it off to our office with a check. Once we have received your check and it has cleared, one of our designer will contact you with your proof.
Can I pay over the phone? At this time all orders must be placed through our website. If you have any questions regarding your magnets feel free to contact our office at 412-818-8523.
Will I get a proof? Once one of our designers have finished your magnet they email a free proof to you.
How long do proofs take? Proofs generally take 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) to receive.
How do I upload my photo? In the subject line of the email please indicate the first and last name of the person who placed the order so that we can cross reference your photograph with your order. Please make sure the photograph is of high quality and at least 300 dpi. The photograph must be a PDF, TIF, JPG or BMP file and cannot exceed more than 1meg in size. You must own the copyright of the photograph. By emailing the photograph to us, you indicate that you are the sole copyright owner of the photograph or you have received expressed written permission from the copyright holder.
Can I check on the status of my order? Sure, you can email or call us at anytime and we will tell you the status of your order.
Can I have my order rushed? Rush processing and proof delivery is available an additional fee. Your payment must clear before the rush processing will take place.
Do you ship internationally? At this time we only ship to the United Sates of America.
How much is shipping? Shipping charges can be found on the ordering page.
What happens if my order is printed incorrectly? If you received your order and the magnet was printed incorrectly we will need a picture of the magnet emailed to us at Magnet@LG3Entertainment.com. Our staff will compare the photograph to the proof that you acknowledged was correct. If our investigation proves that our office is at fault, we will issue new corrected magnets to you at no cost. Shipping type will remain the same as the original order. If you sent us an email stating that the proof is correct, you will need to place a new order. Re-prints are not issued for orders that were submitted with incorrect information. Please thoroughly review all information before placing your order. Do you offer a money back guarantee? Due to the customized nature of our magnets we do not offer a money back guarantee. We will immediately replace any order that was printed incorrectly due to an oversight on our behalf. Also, please note that we will not reprint orders that were submitted with spelling errors, incorrect dates, etc.
Can I cancel my order? Once you submit payment to us, an order can not be cancelled. |

What kind of material are the magnets printed on? The magnets are printed on a high-resolution glossy vinyl.
What happens if they get wet? Generally, nothing. Just quickly wipe them off and dry them. Exposure to liquid for a substantial amount of time will result in damage.
Can I change the wording? Yes. Wording changes can be made after an order has been submitted. Simply contact the designer who was assigned to your project. There is space on the order form asking for detailed information. Please write your instructions in the box provided and be as detailed as possible. |
