Q. I filled the form out online, what happens next?
A. You will receive a contract via email. Print the contract, sign and return it to our office.
Q. Where do I pick the equipment up from and return it to?
A. 112 Maplewood Drive Irwin, PA 15642
Q. How long do I have the equipment for?
A. 72 Hours / 3 Days
Q. Is there a deposit?
A. Yes, $100.00 deposit will be due at time of contract signing.
Q. When will the remaining balance be due?
A. 2 Weeks prior to your pickup date and time, your remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
Q. Does LG3 Entertainment provide a Computer or DVD player?
A. No, since there are multiple formats a presentation can be put together in, we want to ensure that you use your device
to play the video or slideshow. By using your laptop or computer, this will make sure that your presentation will play
properly.
Q. Is there sales tax?
A. Yes, sales tax will be charged to the final order.
Q. Can I rent the projector or screen longer than 3 days?
A. Sure, contract us and we'll make other arrangements to accommodate you.
Q. What type of inputs does the projector have?
A. VGA, HDMI, COMPOSITE, S-VIDEO
Q. Will the projector come with a manual?
A. Yes. The manual for the projector will be included.
Q. What types of cords will come with the rental?
A. 25' Black extension cord, Power Cord, HDMI Cable, VGA Cable, Composite Cable, S-VHS Cable
Q. Is there sound on the projector?
A. Yes, but it is only enough for a small meeting room to hear. If you have audio on your slideshow or video that you want
the entire room to hear. We suggest coordinating this with your DJ or rental hall and ask if they can accommodate
your audio needs.
